Myhappybaby.pk is operating under its own jurisdiction. The following given Terms & Conditions apply when purchasing a product from this online toys store in Pakistan.
- 20% Advance Payment is required for all orders equal to or above Rs 15,000/-.
Reason of Advance Payment:
- The only reason of Advance Payment is to confirm the genuineness of Customer and to get rid of fake customers/orders. As many customers place fake/prank orders and at the time of delivery they refuse to receive by saying these few words that “They don’t know who placed this order “, “I didn’t place this order” and in results we face unbearable loss like (delivery charges, packing etc).
Orders and Delivery:
- Once you place order, Our Sale Support will contact you at the time of dispatch for final confirmation of your order. In case we are unable to contact you due to any issue like (network failure, your mobile switched off or you are not receiving our call), we will not dispatch your order till final confirmation. Now its also your responsibility to contact us on the given numbers and ask about dispatch.
Delivery Timeline:
- In Lahore usually we delivery next day but in rare cases it can take up to 2 days like (Bad weather, Delivery Boy not available, our routine dispatch already departure, waiting for product arrival).
- Out of Lahore it takes 4-5 days minimum and 7-8 days maximum in rare cases as above.
