The product itself was good- my almost 4 year old son gave it to my daughter turning 6 so that she could have nerf wars with him. The product said brand new in package- the gun was technically in its original packing, but had been opened?? Kind of tacky when you’re giving as a gift- glad it was my son giving to my daughter, for a friend- it would not have been acceptable.
